To whom it may concern, On Dec 10, 2022, I called CheapOair to cancel my tickets and become aware of their requirements. They told me you can cancel tickets and have a credit to buy new tickets until September 2023. I agreed to cancel the tickets and paid $100. 2 days later, they called me and said that they had missed some parts of the updates from Austrian Airlines and you have to buy tickets now before the date of tickets (28th of December). They checked the prices and told me that I need to pay around $2500 more for new tickets. I told them that I don’t have this money now and I made this decision based on their wrong information. They called me again and told me that Austrian Airlines will refund the money. Another day, again they called me and said that the Austrian airline did not agree to refund the money.
